Initial scope review

Submitting the website form asks for a preliminary review only. It does not create an engagement or authorize technical work.

Written scope and quotation

Any work starts only after the inputs, measurement basis, exclusions, deliverables, programme and commercial terms are confirmed in writing by both parties.

Source information

The client is responsible for providing the agreed drawings, survey data, revisions, units, boundaries and instructions. A change to those inputs may require a revised scope or calculation.

Review and professional use

Deliverables are prepared for the agreed purpose and source information. Project teams remain responsible for their own design, statutory, contractual and site-verification obligations.

Confidentiality and project files

Confidentiality, file handling, retention and any permission to publish project material will be agreed for the engagement. No submitted project material is treated as permission for public use.
