What is collected
The scope review form collects your name, work email, project description, requested scope, deadline and any secure download link you choose to provide.
No direct file upload
This website does not receive drawing files directly. A download link is used only to assess the requested scope and prepare a reply.
Storage and retention
Enquiry receipts are stored in Cloudflare D1 for up to 180 days so requests can be answered, followed up and reconciled with their public reference.
Aggregate site analytics
Cloudflare Web Analytics may collect aggregate page-view and performance information. It is used to understand site reliability and which public pages help visitors reach a scope review; it is not used to sell personal data.
Deletion requests
To request deletion, use the project email and include the public enquiry reference. hello@zhoucivil.com
